The hotel is located in the vibrant area of Chinatown and offers a lot to explore and eat. The rooms, although they may appear small in photos, are actually wonderfully comfortable. The reception staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants and getting around. The dining options, especially Mama's cafe next door, are convenient, but the offerings might not be to everyone's taste.

The location was very good in Chinatown, just opposite Columbus park and quite close to the subway, offering a peaceful retreat away from noise and traffic. The dining experience was nice and convenient, although slightly spoiled by the use of plastic cutlery. Overall, a terrific experience at a hotel with larger than average rooms.
